Forward Edge Futures is an automated futures execution software platform for self-directed brokerage accounts. We provide software, account dashboards, broker connectivity, and related support. We do not accept deposits, hold client brokerage funds, or take custody of securities or futures positions.

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated when you use the platform.
- Application and account information: name, email address, phone number, location, account approval details, and communications you send to us.
- Authentication and profile information: login credentials, password reset records, account role, and account history needed to operate your access securely.
- Broker and connection information: connected broker username, broker account identifiers, connection environment, connection timestamps, token metadata, account nicknames, and account enablement settings.
- Trading operations data: balances, positions, order status, fills, realized and unrealized P&L, account summaries, automation settings, signal logs, and audit trails available through your authorized broker connection.
- Device, usage, and security information: session activity, IP-related security logs, browser or device information, error logs, and operational telemetry used to keep the service working and investigate issues.
- Billing or subscription records: if paid access is offered, we may keep plan, invoice, or payment status records required to administer the service, even if a third-party processor handles the payment itself.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information only for legitimate business and platform purposes related to the service you requested.
- Review applications, approve access, create accounts, and manage user authentication.
- Connect and maintain authorized broker integrations and display account-specific dashboard data.
- Operate automation features you choose to enable, including routing, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting account-level behavior.
- Send account, security, legal, billing, or support-related communications.
- Protect the service, detect abuse, prevent unauthorized access, investigate incidents, and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
- Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and maintain records necessary for dispute resolution, accounting, and operational integrity.
3. What We Do Not Do
Forward Edge Futures is not a bank or broker-dealer interface for holding client money.
- We do not accept or hold customer brokerage funds.
- We do not maintain custody of client trading accounts.
- We do not sell personal information to unrelated third parties.
- We do not use your connected account data to market another client’s performance or expose one client’s trading activity to another client.
4. When We Share Information
We share information only when reasonably necessary to provide the platform or comply with law.
- Infrastructure and software providers: hosting, logging, email, analytics, support, and security vendors that help us operate the service.
- Broker or API providers: when required to establish, refresh, maintain, or disconnect the integrations you authorize.
- Professional and legal obligations: attorneys, auditors, insurers, or regulators when needed for lawful business purposes.
- Business transfers: if Forward Edge Futures is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
5. Cookies, Sessions, and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, session storage, and similar technologies for login persistence, fraud prevention, site preferences, and platform reliability. Some features may not function correctly if required session technologies are disabled in your browser.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, protect the platform, and meet legal or contractual obligations. Connected account metadata, support records, and operational logs may remain in retained archives even after access ends where a legitimate business or legal need exists.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, or loss of information. These measures may include access controls, encrypted transmission where supported, credential protections, audit logging, and limited internal access on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure, and you should use a strong password and secure your email and broker credentials as part of your own risk management.
8. Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain account information, subject to verification and any legal or operational retention requirements. You may also disconnect a broker integration, disable automation, or opt out of non-essential marketing communications. Some service-related notices, security alerts, and legal communications are operationally necessary and may still be sent.
9. State and Regional Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights regarding access, deletion, correction, or limits on certain types of data processing. Forward Edge Futures does not sell personal information, but if you believe a specific privacy law applies to you, contact us and we will review your request in good faith under the applicable framework.
10. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the service, security practices, legal requirements, or broker integrations. When changes are material, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice through the platform or by email.
