By using Forward Edge Futures, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service. These terms are intended to be direct and readable, but they are still a binding agreement between you and Forward Edge Futures.
This is software access, not brokerage or investment management.
Forward Edge Futures provides broker-connected automation software for self-directed accounts. We do not manage your money, do not take custody of your funds, and do not guarantee trading results.
1. Eligibility and Account Access
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the service. Access may be application-based, invite-only, or subject to manual approval. We may approve, deny, limit, or revoke access at our discretion to protect the platform, clients, brokers, or operational integrity.
2. Description of the Service
Forward Edge Futures offers software tools designed to help self-directed futures traders connect supported broker accounts, review account-specific dashboard data, and enable or disable approved automation at the account level.
- Public website, application, onboarding, and account access tools.
- Customer dashboard views for connection status, account summaries, performance data, and support activity.
- Broker-connected automation and operational logging for approved accounts and supported integrations.
- Customer support, communications, and related administrative services.
3. What Forward Edge Futures Is Not
Unless we specifically state otherwise in writing, Forward Edge Futures is not acting as your broker, futures commission merchant, exchange, bank, custodian, discretionary account manager, or fiduciary. We do not accept deposits into trading accounts, hold client brokerage assets, or promise any minimum service level, profit target, or drawdown protection.
4. Your Responsibilities
You remain responsible for your own account, your own decisions, and your own compliance with third-party trading rules.
- Provide accurate application, account, and contact information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, email account, and broker credentials.
- Review account selection, contract sizing, enablement status, and environment before relying on automation.
- Monitor your broker account, open positions, order activity, and platform status when automation is enabled.
- Comply with all broker, exchange, data provider, and applicable legal requirements affecting your trading activity.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and only in a manner consistent with these terms.
5. Broker Connectivity and Automation Authorization
If you connect a supported broker account, you authorize us to access and use the permissions necessary to maintain that connection and deliver the features you enabled. If you turn on automation for an approved account, you authorize the software to attempt to submit, route, modify, or cancel orders within the scope of the integration and your selected settings.
- Automation can be disabled by you, restricted by us, or interrupted by a third-party dependency at any time.
- Connected account behavior may differ between live, demo, or simulated environments.
- You are responsible for confirming that the connected account and environment are appropriate before enabling automation.
- You may revoke broker access through the broker, through our platform where available, or by contacting support.
6. No Advice, No Recommendation, and No Guarantee
Nothing on the site, in the dashboard, in support communications, or in any operational metric is intended to be investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Any examples, historical metrics, simulations, model outputs, or operational descriptions are informational only. They are not promises of future performance and should not be understood as recommendations for any specific trade, market, or level of risk.
7. Fees, Billing, and Plan Changes
If your access includes paid software, subscription fees, setup fees, or invoiced service charges, you agree to pay all amounts due under the plan or invoice presented to you. Unless we state otherwise in writing, fees are charged for access to the software and support services and are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the billing period has started, except where required by law. We may modify pricing, feature access, or plan structure prospectively.
8. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
The service, software logic, page content, branding, dashboards, automation systems, and underlying operational materials remain proprietary to Forward Edge Futures or its licensors.
- You may not copy, resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service without written permission.
- You may not share your account with another person or use the platform to interfere with other users, brokers, or the service itself.
- You may not try to bypass authentication, rate limits, approval controls, or automation restrictions.
9. Third-Party Services and Dependencies
Forward Edge Futures depends on third-party services, which may include brokers, APIs, authentication providers, web hosting, email services, cloud infrastructure, and market or signal platforms. We do not control those providers and are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, data inaccuracies, pricing, or service interruptions. Your use of a broker or other third-party integration may also be governed by that provider’s own agreements and disclosures.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, profitability, or error-free operation. Automation, broker connectivity, data feeds, alerts, dashboards, and performance records may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forward Edge Futures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, missed trades, duplicate trades, rejected orders, slippage, margin calls, liquidations, loss of data, or loss of business arising from or related to your use of the service. If a court determines that a remedy is available despite this section, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Forward Edge Futures for the service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Forward Edge Futures from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising out of your trading activity, your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, your violation of broker or exchange rules, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access immediately if we believe it is necessary for security, legal compliance, broker relationship management, abuse prevention, unpaid fees, technical stability, or risk control. You may stop using the service at any time, but termination does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred or any rights and protections that survive by their nature.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
